24 Hour Home Care is a trusted in-home care company looking for a Community Partnerships Manager to drive growth and revenue through strong engagement with Regional Centers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, referrals, or growth-focused roles
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets
- Spanish fluency required
- Experience working with Regional Centers, healthcare, home care, or social services strongly preferred
Benefits
- Base salary of $71,781–$81,203
- Up to $12,000 in commission paid quarterly
- A $10,000 annual bonus
- A $10,200 car stipend
- Total compensation of up to approximately $113,000
