Senior FP&A Analyst

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide forward-looking financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the Disability Services organization. The role involves leading budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing actual results against plans and forecasts, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles
• Demonstrated success supporting budgeting, forecasting, and close processes
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and influencing decisions through data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
