The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of mobile sales and service solutions in the Gas Business Unit. This individual will liaise with the organizations within the Gas Business Unit and cross functional teams to provide support and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- Must be Salesforce certified Administrator and Developer
- Previous experience utilizing and administering the Salesforce required
- Knowledge of using AppExchange products
- Knowledge of integration using REST and SOAP
- Must have worked on all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Strong problem solving skills and be able to apply creativity to improve processes
- Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be customer focused
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong time management skills
- Strong project management skills to manage lifecycles of small to large scale projects
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
