We are seeking a motivated and reliable person to support our team as a Personal Assistant at our office in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will manage and organize a team of junior bankers to senior bankers and make a significant contribution to the smooth operation of daily business.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a commercial education, secretarial education, or a bachelor's degree
- Experience in a comparable position as a Personal Assistant or in office organization
- Fluent communication in German and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Self-driven work style and excellent contact-friendly personality
- Excellent skills in organization and time management
- Ability to navigate confidently in an international team with complex and challenging topics
- High level of confidentiality and forward-thinking
