Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join our team at the Cedar Lakes Apartments in Lake St Louis, MO, responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the property, including cleaning common grounds, functioning in a support role to the maintenance team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year related experience and/or training
- Current drivers license and automobile insurance
- Positive, self-motivated professional with good communication skills
