Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant to join our team at 2B Residential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This is a full-time position with some weekend shifts required.
Requirements
- Greet residents and host tours for prospects
- Ensure model apartments are in touring condition
- Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity
