Job Description
2B Residential seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Parq at Chesterfield location. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests and ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet company standards.
Requirements

- One-year related experience and/or training
- Valid driver's license/automobile insurance and reliable transportation
