Job Description
2B Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at The Porter at Westport Plaza in St Louis, MO. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests and ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet company standards.
Requirements
- Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and small appliance repair
- HVAC/EPA certification preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year of related experience and/or training
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
