Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services applying good software engineering practices.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Tightly collaborate with Business Experts, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver value iteratively.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, following quality standards and architecture.
• Design and implement unit, integration, and contract tests to ensure software reliability.
• Work alongside infrastructure and delivery teams to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines and secure deployments.
• Deploy solutions in cloud environments considering scalability, security, and resilience.
• Monitor performance in production using metrics and alerts, anticipating and resolving incidents.
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge to strengthen the team's maturity.
