We are seeking a temporary contract-based staff member to support the Legal & Compliance team on day-to-day operational and administrative matters, particularly in relation to handling and processing documents and requests from authorities.
Requirements
- Assist in the intake, review, logging, and tracking of documents and requests from authorities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and supporting documents
- Prepare and organize documents for internal review and submission
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and filing systems relating to legal and compliance matters
- Support follow-up communications with relevant teams to ensure timely responses
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks within the Legal & Compliance function
- Support preparation of reports, summaries, and presentation materials where required
