Requirements
- Monitor the performance and availability of systems and services
- Investigate and resolve incidents promptly to minimize impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work on shifts to support a 24x7x365 environment, including nights and weekends
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service
- Possess a solid understanding of observability tools
- Articulate technical concepts clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Assess customer impact and manage incidents
- Track and manage incidents using incident management and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Scripting or automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
