We're an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services. As a NOC Engineer, you'll monitor network performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with strict service delivery deadlines.
Monitor network performance, identify and respond to network alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate critical problems. Investigate network faults, diagnose problems, and implement solutions. Configure and activate services for retail service providers.
You'll need strong networking knowledge, experience with network management tools, and effective communication skills. You'll work with minimal supervision and be able to respond to RSP tickets within 1 hour.
