Reporting to the Head of SME Business, the Senior Manager, Operations will drive operational excellence to support the SME function's performance and growth. This role requires strong execution capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within eCommerce or digital platforms
- Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
