Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multi-workstream programs in digital health or healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in program management and a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows, as well as establishing program governance, performance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, large-scale initiative delivery, or portfolio oversight in digital health or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows
• Proven ability to establish program governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
• Extensive experience driving process optimization, operational improvements, and adoption of new delivery structures
• Demonstrated experience applying formal change management methodologies and practices to support adoption, behavioural change, and implementation across complex programs
• Strong experience in financial and resource oversight, including budget tracking, capacity planning, resourcing visibility, and forecasting support
