Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager will provide program management support within a portfolio that includes Data for Connected Health and the Digital Health Standards teams. The role is intended to strengthen overall program development, coordination, reporting, and oversight across interconnected workstreams, and to support effective planning, governance, and operational execution across the portfolio.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain a portfolio integration approach, consolidate information from multiple workstreams, prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting, design and implement program governance processes, and track and manage program-level risks and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in program management, large-scale initiative delivery, or portfolio oversight in digital health or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows
• Proven ability to establish program governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
• Strong experience in financial and resource oversight, including budget tracking, capacity planning, resourcing visibility, and forecasting support
• Strong knowledge and experience with healthcare data standards and terminologies (e.g., HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC) and their application in digital health initiatives
• Public Sector experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

Benefits

• Contract rate range: $108.80/hr - $130.58/hr
• T4 rate range: $87.04/hr - $104.46/hr
