
Job description
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization, leading cross-functional teams, and developing project plans. They communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges. The role requires expertise in health plan market management and improving access to care within a HMO model.
Executes and oversees programs that meet the needs of the organization, maintains a high-level view to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, and accountable execution. Participates in all aspects of program delivery, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
