Develop, implement, improve, and manage assigned programs. Leadership role with higher level of education/experience, more autonomy, and independent judgment.
Oversee tasks, timelines, and resources; manage program budget; monitor system level reports; provide day-to-day management of reporting; attend program meetings; plan, coordinate, and facilitate events; develop and publish agendas and documentation.
Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; adaptable to a changing environment; working knowledge of project management methodologies; proficient experience in computer system software.
