Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

Develop, implement, improve, and manage assigned programs. Leadership role with higher level of education/experience, more autonomy, and independent judgment.

What You Will Do

Oversee tasks, timelines, and resources; manage program budget; monitor system level reports; provide day-to-day management of reporting; attend program meetings; plan, coordinate, and facilitate events; develop and publish agendas and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of relevant project management experience
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience to include a minimum of five (5) years project management experience
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with teams of 10 or more
• Experience in health plan environment preferred
