2nd Swing is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Scottsdale team. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for the game of golf and looking to pursue a career in the golf business.

• Excellent communications skills with the proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees.
• Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well, in order to produce quality work.
• Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
• Previous management experience
• Ability to multi-task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers.
