Associate Attorney

Blitt and Gaines, P.C. is a leading debt collection law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to gain extensive courtroom experience through regular appearances on behalf of the firm. The role is responsible for reviewing new claims, managing a contested litigation queue, and supporting all aspects of the litigation process.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and admission to the Missouri Bar required
• Additional licenses in other states where the firm operates are valuable
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Collection Master or equivalent case management systems preferred
