Requirements

• Advising and supporting B2B customers on ERP software solutions
• Conducting software training and workshops
• Preparing and following up on customer meetings
• Analyzing and optimizing customer processes
• Presenting and demonstrating software solutions to new customers
• Practical experience in the field of enterprise software (knowledge of DATEV, SAP, etc. is an advantage)
• Completed Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent training as a specialist in computer science
• Alternatively, relevant professional experience
• Enjoy self-organized, structured, and data-based work
• Team player with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in German and English is an advantage
