Requirements

• Lead a team of water mitigation technicians
• Conduct thorough assessments of water damage situations
• Develop and implement effective mitigation plans
• Supervise and participate in the extraction of water, drying of affected areas, and removal of damaged materials
• Conduct quality inspections
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
