Job Description
As our Solution Deployment Manager, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, drive project management, define 360Learning platform architecture, and ensure the successful deployment of our platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar, preferably customer facing role
- Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related
- Project management skills
- Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
- Solution-oriented, client-first mindset
- Ability to adapt to your audience and manage priorities across multiple customer implementations
- Native French proficiency and very good English proficiency (level B2)
