Job Description
As our Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of 360Learning by driving the growth of our tech organization. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across a wide range of roles, including Software Engineers, Software Architects, Devops Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Data Engineers.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in-house recruiting experience in hyper growth tech companies
- Proven experience in detecting outstanding tech talents and hiring with diversity in mind
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical skills and cultural fit
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
- Eager to work in a remote first company
