Job Description
3dB Labs is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge hardware systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional hardware engineering experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; minimum Secret required
- US citizenship and ability to be cleared is required
