TSSC FA Team Member

The TSSC FA Team Member serves as a subject-matter expert responsible for delivering high-quality customer training, technical demonstrations, and technical support for Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), TEMPEST, and in-place monitoring solutions and services.

Requirements

• Deliver instructor-led technical training on TSCM methodologies, tools, and best practices for customers and internal teams
• Lead hands-on product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical briefings for prospective and existing customers
• Provide technical support for pre- and post-engagement activities, including requirements definition and solution alignment
• Translate complex TSCM concepts into clear, practical, and business-relevant guidance for technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with sales teams to support account planning, proposals, and customer presentations through subject-matter expertise
• Provide field-driven feedback to engineering and product teams to support continuous product improvement
• Support customer onboarding, training documentation, and ongoing technical enablement
• Represent 3dB Labs at industry events, training engagements, and customer workshops as a technical subject-matter expert
