Business Analyst - German Speaker

Join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial strategy consultancy as a Business Analyst. Conduct research, develop insights, and support high-impact engagements. Collaborate with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders. Exposed to real client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional strategic challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in quantitative, analytical, or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM)
• Strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent)
• 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (other analytical tools are a plus)
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Curious, humble, and eager to learn
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
