Senior Associate, Revenue Intelligence & Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Associate, Revenue Intelligence & Operations will play a critical role in building a modern Revenue Operating System to support the growth of the 3i network. The position ensures the revenue team has clear visibility into key metrics and engagement signals.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include managing HubSpot data hygiene, building and maintaining dashboards for acquisition, engagement, and renewal metrics, and providing rapid-response data deep dives on conversion drivers and engagement patterns.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or Research roles, with experience working with CRM systems and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or Research roles
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience building dashboards and analyzing funnel metrics
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for business teams
• Curiosity and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
