Capital Project Engineer

You will make an impact by developing project estimates, plans and proposals, and coordinating project approvals, managing project timelines, scopes, budgets, construction activity, and personnel, specifying facilities and equipment performance and design criteria, defining and executing competitive bidding and project delivery strategies, communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance to applicable codes, guidelines, and standards, and advancing and deploying technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (3) three years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND (10) ten years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
• Subject matter expertise in automated manufacturing equipment and web-handling (roll to roll) processes
• Demonstrated project management, communication, facilitation, influencing and teaching/coaching skills
• Ability to energize teams, promote teamwork and maintain positive morale
• Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants
• Advanced degree (completed and verified prior to start) in an engineering discipline or technology management from an accredited institution
