Job Description
Data Analytics Business Analyst Lead to lead a team delivering data analytics solutions, providing technical and process directions to deliver data analytics products that effectively support Solventum's Business Strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
- 7 years of building end-to-end analytics solutions
- 5 years of working with back-end application data in one more of the following areas: ERP (SAP/Oracle/D365), Salesforce, Ariba, Concur
- 5 years working with business and technical leaders to design, build and implement analytics solutions across a Business Intelligence Stack (Snowflake, Power BI/Fabric, SQL, Power BI, Tableau/Alteryx Automate, AWS)
- Skills include data engineering, Data Governance, Oral and written communication with senior leadership and front-line developers
