Job Description
Solventum is a new healthcare company seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead teams developing software products used domestically and internationally. The manager will be responsible for leading architecture and strategy for Solventum’s enterprise-scale AI/ML data engineering platforms and guiding teams on cloud, data, and model governance patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Computer Science, Information Systems discipline or related field from an accredited university
- Ten (10) years of software development experience
- Three (3) year team leadership experience (supervisor, manager, team lead)
- Two (2) years of experience leading the design and delivery of agentic AI frameworks and systems
- Two (2) years of deep expertise in LLM architecture and orchestration frameworks
- Six (6) years of strong background in building scalable distributed systems using modern backend technologies (Python/Java), microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
