Job description
Lead Application engineering for the West Territory in Pune, driving applications, specifications, and end-use for various manufacturing segments. Expand lab footprints and leverage lab for region customers from an application engineering standpoint.
Create new applications for existing and new products, drive high-value specification and end-user customer engagement, engage with converter partners, troubleshoot technical challenges, and generate application lab data.
Requires a graduate or postgraduate degree in engineering, preferably in polymer/rubber/chemical technology, with 8-10 years of industrial experience in technical service or application engineering. Must have skills and aptitude to identify new applications, customer pain areas, and value selling.
