Job description
As a Packaging Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing packaging projects in the Packaging Solutions area. You will work directly with the business team, manufacturing, procurement, customers, and suppliers, as well as on global initiatives.
Develop packaging projects for new product launches, lead cost optimization projects with stakeholders, promote and execute sustainability projects, and act on global initiatives.
To be prepared for success in this role, 3M is looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in various engineering fields, technical knowledge in mechanical structural designs, and experience in packaging processes.
