Requirements

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilising project methods and tools.
• Proficiently gather requirements and organise/present developed features for clients.
• Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.
• Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
• Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Ensure high quality in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring high availability and reliability
