Job Description
3Pillar is looking for a UX Designer to join their growing UX Team, working directly with US clients on mission-critical engagements. The role involves crafting cutting-edge technologies and products using Agile practices.
Requirements
- Strong skills in interaction or visual design
- Desire to continue growing UX skills
- Effective communication with UX Lead, global delivery teams, and clients
- Ability to adjust to changes in priority and scope
- Awareness of industry issues and trends, emerging technologies like AI
- At least 4 years of experience in client-facing UX position
- Expertise in digital products, business logic, process, and various clients
- Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies
- Expertise with Adobe toolkit, Figma, and AI tools
