
Job description
The Change and Release Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of changes and releases within the organization's IT infrastructure. They will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth implementation and on-time delivery of releases with minimal disruptions to the business.
Develop and maintain change management process and release management strategies, review and assess proposed changes, facilitate change review meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure changes are properly evaluated and approved.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes, working knowledge of various delivery methodologies, and a customer-focused mindset. They will be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicate effectively, and prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
