• Exceptionally experienced Meta & Google Ads Manager
• Proven experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
• Strong analytical skills and ability to scale performance profitably
• Deep understanding of attribution challenges, creative-led growth, and paid media as part of a wider growth ecosystem
