
Job description
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you'll identify, engage, and sell new customer business, building a book of $3M-$5M annually. You'll focus on relationship building, customer retention, and incremental growth, and help sell our entire organization's portfolio.
Develop and/or manage leads resulting in $3-$5M in new business sales annually, develop and maintain a diverse pipeline, develop strong customer relationships, and represent the company at tradeshows and industry events.
You'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or equivalent, and 3-5 years of experience in regional or national sales. Experience in Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries is preferred.
