We are looking for an Inhouse Consultant to help organizations optimize their financial processes and improve customer experience using our innovative Purchase to Pay solution, 4CEE Invoice. As a Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that 4CEE Invoice works optimally.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented, communicatively strong and service-oriented.
- Analytical and structured, with a self-contained and proactive work attitude.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, XML or PowerShell; experience is a plus, but curiosity is more important.
- Preferably knowledge of financial processes or ERP systems.
- Readiness to build knowledge and advise customers within their license
