Job Description
Cannabis Cultivation Associate responsible for plant care, maintenance, and harvesting. No prior experience required, but prior horticulture or cannabis experience is a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21+ and currently residing in the USA
- Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card
- 1+ year of horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
- Cannabis industry experience (a bonus, but we're happy to teach!)
- Basic math, computer, and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for detail and a love of process-driven work
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A genuine desire to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team
