Requirements

• University degree (technical, telecommunications, or IT field)
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience
• Proficient in English communication
• Good communication skills (argumentation, persuasion, and systems thinking)
• Continuous learning ability and openness to change
