Servicedesk operátor

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Operator position in Veszprém. The role responsibilities include handling incoming defect reports, providing IT support to users, and completing daily tasks.

Requirements

• Handling and administering incoming defect reports
• Performing tasks that can be resolved remotely
• Supporting TOP/VIP users
• Completing daily incoming tasks
• Providing IT support to users
• Project tasks to be completed, participating in coordination
• Meetings with the Coordination Team and the Help Desk Team
• Updating documentation, identifying and eliminating gaps and inconsistencies
• Providing first-line IT and telecommunications support to our large corporate customers
• Receiving and processing incoming reports via phone, email, and web interface
• Coordinating and resolving incidents from the report to the solution
