Job Description
4LEAF is seeking qualified Civil Infrastructure and Public Works Construction Inspectors to inspect and document construction means, methods, techniques, and sequences for projects. Inspectors will review plans, coordinate schedules, and provide updates to project managers, contributing to quality assurance and compliance.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Public Works Inspector
- Knowledge of Caltrans' Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) and prior experience with state-and federally-funded projects
- Experience on roadway construction, earthwork and grading, underground utilities, retaining walls, and traffic signalization projects
- Proficient computer, writing, organizational, communication skills
- Good problem-solving capability and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in adverse weather conditions
