Job Description
4Leaf Services is seeking motivated and experienced Independent Freight/Broker Agents to join our dynamic team. As an Independent Freight/Broker Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting shippers with carriers to ensure the efficient and timely transportation of goods.
Requirements
- Identify and establish relationships with new and existing shippers and carriers
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts to maximize profitability
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, contracts, and communications
- Resolve any issues or delays in freight transportation promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to expand your freight brokerage business
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
