Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator

4M Dental Implant Center is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and personable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their new office in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office management and strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in dental office management
• Bilingual Armenian/Farci a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and electronic health records)
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology, billing, and insurance processes is a plus
