Job Description
4M Dental Implant Center is seeking a Dental Front Desk & Backup Treatment Coordinator to join their new practice in Glendale, CA. This role focuses on providing excellent patient care through efficient front office operations and backup support for treatment planning. The position is split between Glendale & Valencia.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (implant or specialty experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
