Job Description
Oscar Gonzalez, DDS, a dental office within Dental Associates of Connecticut, is seeking a motivated Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist. This role focuses on providing a welcoming and secure environment for patients, acting as a liaison between doctors and patients, coordinating treatment plans, and handling financial arrangements. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
- Greet & check in patients
- Handle heavy phone volume
- Schedule appointments for doctors & hygienists
- Act as a liaison between patients & doctors
- Enter patient treatment plans
- Discuss treatment needs with patients & make financial arrangements
- Estimate, collect, & post patient payments
- Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed
- General office duties (printing/faxing/computer data entry, etc.)
