Job Description
The Contracts Administrator III provides expert-level support to the contracts management function, ensuring efficient, compliant, and well-governed contract administration processes across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in contract administration, contracts management, or a related role
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law and legal terminology
- Strong experience managing complex, high-value contracts
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage contract risk
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
