Job Description
Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, identifying and improving business issues and processes within the Retail Energy segment’s markets. Define and document business requirements, provide analytical support, and conduct user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, particularly in the Retail Energy sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of business processes within the Retail Energy segment.
- Experience in defining business requirements and providing functional expertise.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing and change request management.
- Knowledge of SouthStar’s applications and experience in the use of project management and testing software is preferred.
