Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
