Lighting Prep Technician

We are seeking a Lighting Prep Technician to join our warehouse team and support the preparation, maintenance and organisation of lighting equipment across our UK operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on technical work, keeping equipment in top condition, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with theatrical or entertainment lighting equipment
• Practical technical skills with the ability to test, troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Good manual dexterity and a steady hand for precise work
• Strong attention to detail and visual acuity when inspecting equipment
• Comfortable using computers systems and asset management software
• Clear written and spoken English for communicating and record keeping
• Organised with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• A positive, team oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues across the warehouse
• Ability and willingness to travel to Blackburn initially prior to relocation of the warehouse to Hertford
• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment and working in an active warehouse environment
